No,not difficult, but it helps to have amplification with the low tuned harps.

Nice work Sarge. I like low diatonics for first position blues in
the lower and upper octaves, I don't/can't overblow well enuff
to have a scale in the middle (2nd) octave. Bending hole two a
full step on a low C takes some doing. On a low A? Difficult but
doable, but like you say, amplification definitely helps to be heard.
