Just wondering which things people find that always give or gave you a hard time to get the hang of so to speak ?

I think for me one of the top of the list was to get it through my head that I didn't need to fill every space with notes.
and
one other, though I have many I'm sure, was to listen to what the other musicians are playing as I play.
I would be so excited to actually be playing anything, that I was pretty baffled how I could do both at once..
..(seems I thought walking and chewing gum at the same time was about my limit )

So any aha moments when it all came together ..or hopefully will...for you ?

Learning to suck as well as blow, & the consequences of having too much or to little air, still have some problems with it.. :)

Having previously had tried to play clarinet & flute, before you start, you take a big lungful of air, trying to remember not to do that was hard. ;)

Other than that, remembering where the notes are, & whether to suck or blow. :D
